The best wedding flowers of 2019

Floral Jems has had a fantastic year! With a wide variety of arrangements and installations and budgets both big and smaller comes greater creativity and challenges!

Let's take a look at some of the very best of 2019.

First wedding of the year in early spring...

The bride chose huge peonies and garden roses and

other seasonal flowers and foliage in a gradient of pinks, peach

and cream to create this oversized, free form bridal bouquet.

These gorgeous little buttonholes were definitely my

favourite of the year! Joyful, sunny and as cute as a

button(hole).

These simple yet fabulously bright and beautiful curved

mason jars of rainbow coloured spring flowers really

stood out from the crowd and the lighting at the Round

Chapel in Hackney just enhanced their gorgeousness.

I loved creating this cake with a middle section

arrangement made out of pink peonies, roses,

lisianthus, astrantia, rice flower and astilbe.

Hands down, the cutest photo I have received this year!

These flower girls were perfect and look as pretty

as a picture in the gypsophilia bun wraps and

handmade wands.

This gorgeous bride and her bridesmaid looked

completely stunning with their elegant, understated

dresses and oversized free form bouquets.

This doorway installation was probably the most

extravagant and challenging piece I created this

year as I went foam free using chicken wire to

hold everything in place.

Made with garden roses, hydrangea, foliages

and cascading amaranthus for extra dramatic

effect.

This Autumnal bridal bouquet in burgundy,

magenta and blush with pops of dark plum

berries was a favourite of mine.

I love the shape, the wildness and all the

foliage that frames it.

This is definitely my favourite ceremony arch of 2019.

I loved working with the large tropical blooms and

foliages and everything just worked perfectly together,

especially with the groom's amazing suit!

This luxury mantle arrangement for a wedding in August

at Belair House in Dulwich worked beautifully in the Georgian manor adding a pop of coral and blush to

bright, white room for a fresh and full look.

Thankyou to all my wonderful clients of 2019. I enjoyed working with you on all of your special days.
