Working with Jem was one of the highlights of planning our wedding – it was clear as soon as we had our initial planning meeting with her that she was wholly invested in not just understanding our brief (colours! All the colours! No muted tones!) but making our own ideas even better by adding her own creative flair into the mix. She made many suggestions – all run past us first – and kept me updated the whole way with an evolving Pinterest board and regular emails. (In fact, the communication is worth mentioning – she's always super quick to respond.) She's also just an absolute delight to work with – friendly, funny, reassuring in moments of pure freak out, and actually listens to your wants as a client. She also took on the extra task of texting my sister when she got to the venue to reassure my mum that the traffic was okay on the morning! She also leant us loads of jam jars and the flowers all looked great on the day (and in the pics!) – we got loads of compliments and many people took bunches home! Singing all the praises.
