We hired Jem on fairly short notice (about 3 weeks before our wedding) at the recommendation of a friend, and she was just brilliant. She was able to talk us through what was seasonal and would suit our budget and style, and had a lot of great ideas about how to introduce texture and interest into the bouquet and floral displays whilst keeping within our vague white/silver/green theme. She really went out of her way to help us, including setting up everything at the venue the day before the wedding and storing all of the vases and glassware we bought at her flat, and on the day the flowers looked absolutely beautiful. Jem was really enthusiastic and friendly, and very quick to reply to emails, something I came to value highly in a wedding vendor! I can highly recommend her.
