We would highly recommend Jem - not only for the quality of her work but also for fantastic personality and service! Even though I had zero knowledge of flowers, Jem was able to ask the right questions to work out the style of the wedding and show examples online to establish what would best match our requirements. She was so prompt and reliable with communication and quick to adapt to any changes. We really felt comfortable in her hands and it took the stress out of wedding planning, being confident that she would deliver a great flower arrangement and also within a tight timeframe! Even though we had a small budget, she made sure that we could maximise the flowers available e.g. using those left over from the bouquet to decorate the cake, which made all the difference. She also liaised with the florist at the hotel we were using to ensure that our flowers co-ordinated with the existing ones in the room which was great. On the day, she hand delivered the bouquet in plenty of time and arranged the flowers for the reception whilst we were busy getting ready - they were just what we had hoped for and we were so pleased! It was a really personalised service, exactly what we wanted. No hesitations in recommending Jem to anyone who would like to work with an independent business for more of a relaxed and friendly feel, you won't regret it!
